As Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) embarks on a new chapter under its new ownership structure, Hitit welcomed the flag carrier’s leadership team and consortium representatives to Istanbul for a series of strategic discussions on digital transformation, innovation, and future growth opportunities. The workshops provided an overview of Hitit’s end-to-end airline technology ecosystem and explored ways to support PIA’s next phase of modernization, while further strengthening the strong and long-standing partnership between the two companies together with the new management team.
26 June 2026, İstanbul – Hitit hosted the leadership team of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) and representatives of the airline’s new ownership consortium to its headquarters in Istanbul for a series of strategic workshops focused on PIA’s digital transformation journey and future growth opportunities.
The sessions provided an overview of Hitit’s end-to-end airline technology solutions, showcasing its comprehensive ecosystem and highlighting ongoing innovations across its product portfolio. The discussions focused on how these integrated capabilities can support PIA’s long-term operational and commercial ambitions and align with the strategic vision of its new ownership. During their visit, the PIA delegation also had the opportunity to engage with Hitit’s partners, strengthening industry connections and exploring collaboration opportunities through dedicated networking meetings.
The visit also enabled both teams to review PIA’s current use of Hitit’s solutions, share insights on industry trends, and identify opportunities to further enhance the airline’s digital capabilities.
