Hitit (HTTBT), a global provider of next-generation airline and travel software solutions, maintained its strong performance in the first nine months of 2025.
Operating across six continents and serving 73 partner airlines in 51 countries, the company reported USD$ 31.2M in revenue and an EBITDA margin of 41% for the first nine months of the year.

08 November 2025, Istanbul – Hitit (HTTBT), a global technology provider in the airline and travel software industry, maintained its steady growth momentum in the first nine months of 2025. As of September 30, 2025, the company’s revenue reached USD$ 31.2M, marking a 29% increase compared to the same period last year. Hitit completed the nine-month period with an EBITDA of USD$ 12.7M and an EBITDA margin of 41%. Of the company’s total sales, 77% were denominated in foreign currency and 23% in Turkish lira, while 60% of its revenue was generated from international markets. Cash and cash equivalents totaled USD$ 11.3M, and net cash amounted to USD$ 5.4M.

Highlighting Hitit’s 30-year legacy as a pioneer in the global airline and travel technology industry, Hitit’s CEO, Nevra Onursal Karaağaç, emphasized the company’s continued international growth. “Today, we are at the heart of aviation with 73 partners in 51 countries across six continents and with more than 850 airports worldwide. Our passenger volumes increased by 29% YoY compared to the same period last year, a growth driven not only by new partnerships but also by the expanding operations of our existing partners. Our next-generation solution, Hitit Oxygen, the world’s largest live platform developed in compliance with IATA’s Modern Airline Retailing standards, reached a daily transaction volume of 1.0 billion in the first nine months of 2025. Hitit Oxygen continues to set new benchmarks in the industry by powering airlines with seamless Offers and Orders capabilities.”

Ms. Karaağaç also shared insights on one of the company’s key new initiatives, the Hitit Payment Services Platform (HPO):“HPO is an innovative payment orchestration solution that enables airlines and travel agencies to connect with multiple payment service providers, banks, and alternative payment methods through a single integration. Initially, it has been incorporated into our ADS product for travel agencies, and we have successfully completed our first transaction. This platform not only offers our customers operational efficiency and cost advantages,but also creates new revenue models for Hitit.”

Hitit’s CFO, Sezer Tuğ Özmutlu, commented on the company’s financial performance, highlighting its continued steady growth: “In the first nine months of 2025, we increased our sales revenue by 29%, reaching USD$ 31.2M, with 77% of our sales denominated in foreign currency. Our EBITDA amounted to USD$ 12.7M, corresponding to a margin of 41%. During 2025, we invested USD$ 13.5M in R&D and USD$ 1.7M in software licenses, hardware, and fixed assets. These investments not only enhance our technological capabilities, but also contribute to higher revenues and improved cost efficiency,”

Ms. Özmutlu also shared the company’s year-end outlook, stating: “We aim to close 2025 with a strong financial performance. We expect our revenue in USD terms to grow by 25% to 30%, with an EBITDA margin in the range of 43% to 48%, a net profit margin between 25% and 30%, and an investment-to-revenue ratio in the range of 30% to 35%.”

New Steps in Sustainability

Hitit continues to advance its sustainability-focused initiatives with determination. As a signatory of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), the company has also completed its membership process with the UN Global Compact Türkiye Association, reaffirming its commitment to the UN Sustainable Development Goals at an international level.

Hitit’s social responsibility project Rackets Up carried out in collaboration with the Turkish Table Tennis Federation, was selected as one of the 26 finalists in the Işıldayanlar Awards. The next phase of the project will take place in Hatay, where Hitit has launched efforts to help revive the table tennis ecosystem in schools affected by the earthquake.
